I made this  using one of Dr Smurtos recipes as inspiration. (it got changed to suit what i had in stock)
I over oaked it which made it undrinkable for the first 9 months.
2 years later it is awesome, all those harsh flavours have meld

Ok folks I've been experimenting as I have a beer loving cousin who is gluten allergic so I decided to give a GF beer a try, last two months I have spent hours in the shed mashing for three to four hours testing stuff and then the last two weeke
Yes folks it's the time of the year when Mrs Grab and I vanish for a few weeks.  We're off game hunting in South Africa, with a camera of course, and then on to enjoy sunny Mauritius.
