bloody hot here Yardy, has been for last few days and looks like carrying on into next week.  42C at my place at present, nice cool 30C over night.  Thank goodness for cold beer ;)

This is the second time I have brewed this now and has become a fave.
This time around I doubled the coffee and cocoa and is quite nice!

Choc hits you straight up with some lingering coffee notes toward the end.

01 Oct 2011 - Pellicle Problem

Hello,

I am having an issue with pellicles on my beers, they are fine when they are fermenting but as soon as they finish and I leave them to clear for a couple of weeks before kegging or bottling the dirty pellicle forms,
